All the fun of a “clicker” game and a sale.

Valve Corporation have launched its annual Summer sale on Thursday (as I nearly predicted). Like many of the sales on Steam, most of their games on the service will be discounted. There are new flash sales every twelve hours, community sales and much more. This year Valve have decided to try a different format by introducing a cooperative aspect to the annual sales.

The Steam Summer Sale will last from 11th June to 21st June 2015.

Over on Giant Bomb (here) at 07.00pm (BST)/11.00am (PDT)/04.00am (AET) the team will be doing their 4th annual Live Show after a three-year hiatus. These shows normally go on for half of the day or more and are normally filled with loads of special guests, fun, and games as a way to promote their premium memberships.

Tripwire Interactive have once again returned with a special event for Halloween. Its called the Halloween Horror Double Feature and features a new Halloween map (Club Clandestine), Halloween zeds, new achievements and the Toy Master mod which replaces all enemies with evil toys. It’s also part of the Steam “Free Weekend Weekend” which means Killing Floor is on sale for up to 75% off, free to play over the weekend and offers new bundle DLC (which haven’t been added yet on Steam).

Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition are two RPG remakes based on the classic games of the same name, they are now available for 50% off on GOG.com. Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition are developed by Beamdog and only cost £6.19 and £7.79 respectively until October 19th when they will cost £12.49 and £15.59.

The “Make Valve More Rich” Adventure Module is nearly at the gates of oblivion.

Valve Corporation annual Summer is nearly over. Like many of the sales on Steam, most of their games on the service will be discounted. There are flash sales where community will be able to vote on what game should be given a massive discount every eight hours, flash sales and much more. This year Valve not just content with their millions from the upcoming Dota 2 International and have decided to try a different format by introducing a competitive aspect to the annual sales.
