Today it’s PaRappa the Rapper a 1997 rhythm video game developed by NanaOn-Sha and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation (PS). The game was ported to the PlayStation Portable in 2006 and a remastered version was released for the PlayStation 4 in 2017.

Today it’s Bushido Blade a 1997 3D fighting video game developed by Light Weight and published by Square and Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation (PS). The game features one-on-one armed combat. The name refers to the Japanese warrior code of honor called Bushidō.

Today it’s Gran Turismo 2 a 1999 racing game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation in 1999. It is the sequel to Gran Turismo and has sold more than 15 million copies world-wide.

Was hilarious when they discovered a half man, half cup, doing the sandwich dance.

With Sony Computer Entertainment’s London Studio developed PlayStation Home closing on the 31st March, Giant Bomb (here) did a free (was going to be premium) live stream of them messing about it in the online virtual world. It started at 8.00pm (UK) and was very entertaining. It is now available to watch on Giant Bomb’s website, YouTube, and Twitch channel.

The most unsecret name in recent history.

The name wasn’t much of a surprise.

The PlayStation 4 (PS4) was announced last night so to summarise everything that was mentioned in the conference I have put together this post. The PlayStation 4 will be the fourth home video game console produced by Sony Computer Entertainment and the console successor of the PlayStation 3. It will be part of the eighth generation of video game consoles and currently has as release date of Q4 2013.
